Meet Justin Clairmore, Account Executive at Customodal! Justin was born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin and currently lives in nearby Weston. He is proud to be an active part of the community where he was raised.

Justin brings to Customodal a diverse work background, including time spent in Steel Fabrication, Construction, Transportation, Customer Service, Auto Repair, and Sales. His most recent career was as a Sales Manager for a Car Dealership for the last 7 years.

Though new to logistics, he has experience in the trucking industry as a freight loader, dispatcher, and in terminal operations. He has close friends in the industry and has always found it interesting.

“So far, what I really love about this job is the fascinating nuance and science of it all. There is so much to learn about the many ways Customodal can help our clients,” he said. “I’m really looking forward to meeting new people and learning more about not only our industry, but also the industries in which our customers are involved. I’m excited for the chance to apply my problem-solving skills to such a diverse set of environments.”

In his spare time, Justin likes to spend time with his wife and their two daughters, ages 10 and 12.

“We enjoy fires in our backyard, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and mini golf! I’m also an avid fisherman and novice gardener,” he said. “I enjoy barbecuing, bourbon, and keeping up on current events. My wife and I are looking to finally take up real golf as well.”

Justin is driven by results and attention to detail.

“I take a personal approach to my customer relationships and I enjoy working with my clients to solve their problems,” he said. “I bring a positive, can-do attitude and try to see every hurdle as an opportunity. I believe in my team and I’m confident we can help any company increase efficiency and profitability.”
